How do I get access to integrations? All companies pay for establishing, setting up and testing the chosen integration. Additionally, there is a monthly cost on a company level per integration entity which is additional to your Moment plan. If you need an integration not included in our existing portfolio or have questions related to this, contact sales@moment.team for a quote.
Can anyone use Moment's API? You need an active Moment account, have the API integration activated and your API-user must be granted by the leader of your organization. You will get access to all necessary resources and documentation as soon as your API-user is ready.
Is it difficult to get started?
Our support team will help you with the necessary setup. If you want to create an integration to an accounting system or similar, you may want to involve your accountant and any related service provider.

CAN MY EMPLOYEES USE DIFFERENT PLANS? No, the plan is chosen on a company level.
WHAT PLAN SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY COMPANY?

If you are new to Moment, we can help you to find the correct plan. Contact sales@moment.team for an offer or if you have any inquiries about operational optimization, need some guidance or want a demo.

If you already are a customer, you will find your plan and any subscription add-ons (such as integrations) on the Moment app. Your plan is based on your current usage of Moment. Your personalized Moment plan overview will be available in early June 2021.

WHAT ABOUT INTEGRATIONS, IS THIS AVAILABLE AND WHAT IS THE COST?
Yes, this is available. We believe in the more simple day-to-day work for you, and integration is an important part of that. Integrations gives you more automated and smooth transfer of data and information from system to system, which makes everyday work easier. More integrations may also save you license costs in other systems, and save time and money.

You pay per integration, on a company level. So one integration in your company with 5 users is for example NOK 500 per month.

Price per company per month per integration:
1 - 4 users: NOK 250
5 - 19 users: NOK 500
20 + users: NOK 1.000

IS SUPPORT INCLUDED?
Yes, of course. As a user of Moment we will provide you all the help you need. All of our customers have access to our knowledge base, and support on chat and email.

Phone and Teamviewer support are included on the Essential and Pro plans.
