Can my employees use different plans?

No, the plan is chosen on a company level.

What plan should I choose for my company?

If you are new to Moment, we can help you to find the correct plan. Contact sales@moment.team for an offer or if you have any inquiries about operational optimization, need some guidance, or want a demo.

If you already are a customer, you will find your plan and any subscription add-ons (such as integrations) in the Moment app. Your plan is based on your current usage of Moment. Your personalized Moment plan overview will be available in early June 2021.

What about integrations, is this available and what is the cost?

Yes, this is available. We believe in the more simple day-to-day work for you, and integration is an important part of that. Integrations gives you more automated and smooth transfer of data and information from system to system, which makes everyday work easier. More integrations may also save you license costs in other systems, and save time and money.

You pay per integration, on a company level. So one integration in your company with 5 users is for example NOK 500 per month.

Price per company per month per integration:
1 - 4 users: NOK 250
5 - 19 users: NOK 500
20 + users: NOK 1.000

Yes, of course. As a user of Moment, we will provide you all the help you need. All of our customers have access to our knowledge base and support on chat and email.
